Emerald-green parakeet with blue tail

I lost my emerald-green parakeet yesterday around 3pm near the Abilene Public Library on Cedar Street. It's a small budgie, about 7 inches from beak to tail, mostly bright green with a yellow chest and a hint of blue on the tail. It has a tiny white leg ring on its right leg and a slightly misaligned right wing feather from a rough flutter last week. It answers to the name 'Kiwi' and loved perching on my shoulder, nibbling sunflower seeds. This bird means a lot to our family, especially my 8-year-old daughter, and it's really hard not knowing where it is.
