Lost blue dog collar with a small silver tag containing phone number near a park in Zanesville, Ohio.

Description

I lost my dog's collar while we were on a walk around Zanesville last Thursday. The collar is blue with a small silver tag that has my phone number on it. My dog managed to slip out of it when we stopped to let him play in the park. I'm really hoping someone might find it and contact me.
