Found: small brown terrier with red collar

I found a dog this afternoon around 4:15pm near Market Place by Winchester Cathedral. It's a small brown terrier with a white chest and a bright red nylon collar; there's a blue bone-shaped tag that reads 'Milo'. The dog was muddy from the rain, but happy to sniff around and wag his tail when I spoke to him. He seems well cared for and friendly, so I’m hoping to reconnect him with his owner soon—if this is yours, drop me a message here and we can arrange a quick meetup near the Guildhall.
