Silver-tone drop earrings with blue crystals

Found a pair of silver-tone drop earrings this afternoon around 3:15 PM near the Stanley Theatre on Genesee Street in Utica. They’re about 1.4 inches long with slim hooks and sapphire-blue crystals along the front. The metal shows light wear, and one earring is engraved on the back with the initials 'A.R.'
