I found a small brown dog wandering near the riverbank in Twin Falls yesterday evening. It looks like it might be a mix between a Chihuahua and a beagle, and it was really scared but friendly. I could tell it’s been lost for a little while since it was dirty and had a collar but no tags. If anyone is missing their pup, please reach out to me!
