I was at Promenade Park along the Maumee River around 1:30 p.m. on Saturday when I tucked a gray tool bag into my cart while I swapped a blade on a saw. A sudden gust blew the bag off the cart and into the grass, and by the time I turned around it was gone. Inside the bag are a cordless drill, a hammer, a tape measure, and a yellow-handled screwdriver, all marked with my initials. These tools travel with me for neighborhood repairs and volunteer projects around downtown Toledo, so losing them hits hard. I last saw it near the Main Library on Adams Street, after grabbing coffee at a cafe along Jefferson Avenue close to Fifth Third Field.
