I found a black leather briefcase this afternoon around 3:45 pm outside a coffee shop on Main Street in downtown Burlington, Southeast IA. It's a Coach-branded bag, about 15 inches wide and 11 inches tall, with a few scuffs along the corners and a sturdy, slightly worn handle. The interior lining is a deep red, and there’s a small brass buffalo charm dangling from the zipper pull plus a leather luggage tag stamped with the initials LH. It looks like someone would want it back—hope this helps the owner reunite with it soon.
