Hi, I'm Grace Sullivan. I realized around 9:30 a.m. on Tuesday that I couldn't find my driver's license after parking near Water Street by the Fort Taber boardwalk in New Bedford. It was in a slim blue wallet tucked inside my purse; I must have left the wallet on the chair outside the coffee shop where I stopped for tea. I retraced the route along Water Street and the Seaport District, hoping it turned up in a lost-and-found or in a table at the cafe. Losing it has me worried about daily life and travel plans.

I was walking back from the harbor toward the New Bedford Public Library on 2nd Street around 3:20 p.m. on Tuesday when I spotted passports lying on a bench by the entrance. They looked like they belonged to a traveler, with a few travel stamps peeking from a wallet and a crease across one page. I picked them up and held onto them, hoping the owner would see this post and recognize them soon.
