Red snare drum found near downtown Yreka

Found a red snare drum this afternoon around 4:15pm behind the public library on Main Street, downtown Yreka. It's a 14-inch snare with a bright red satin finish and chrome hardware. The shell has a couple of light scratches and a small dent on the rim from a hard practice hit. A sticker on the shell with the initials 'JR' is visible, and the drumhead has some stick marks. It seems recently used but cared for. If someone in Siskiyou County is missing it, I’d love to help get it back to you—musical gear like this matters a lot to players.
