Lost guinea pig with red harness

I lost my small fluffy guinea pig yesterday around 3pm near the Steamtown entrance on Lackawanna Ave in Scranton. He's about the size of a small potato, with caramel-brown fur and a distinct white patch on his belly, and he wears a bright red harness with a tiny bell. There's a tiny scratch behind his left ear that makes him easy to identify. He's more than a pet, he was a gift from my sister, and I'm really hoping to get him back.
