Found black North Face backpack near the top of Signal Hill in Scottsbluff containing personal items.

I found a black North Face backpack while hiking up Signal Hill in Scottsbluff. It was sitting by a rock near the top around noon on Saturday. The backpack seems to be in good condition and contains some personal items like a water bottle and a journal. I would like to return it to its owner, so if you recognize it, please reach out!
