Gray tabby cat with green collar missing in Salem

Hi, I’m Maya Rodriguez. I lost my gray tabby cat yesterday around 3pm near the Salem Public Library on Main Street. He’s about 11 pounds with medium-length fur, gray tabby stripes, and a bright green collar with a tiny bell. He has a small notch in his right ear and a pale white patch on his chest; he’s microchipped and neutered. This cat is my daughter's gift and means a lot to us, so we’re really worried.
