Blue Samsonite suitcase, missing since yesterday

I lost my blue Samsonite suitcase yesterday around 3pm after leaving it in the parking lot behind the Sundial Bridge near Turtle Bay Exploration Park in Redding. It's a 26-inch hard-shell case, royal blue with a few scuffs on the bottom and a dent on the top edge. Inside there’s a lime-green lining and a red luggage tag with my initials 'P.K.' on a white plastic loop. It also contains a small photo album from my grandmother's trips and a travel journal, so it means a lot to me, and I’d really appreciate getting it back.
