My best friend Sarah Johnson has gone missing. She was last seen around the city center of Oxford on Tuesday evening around 7 PM. She's about 5'4" tall, has long brown hair, and was wearing a blue jacket, black jeans, and a white scarf. If anyone has seen her or has any information, please contact me.
