Silver-tone ring with turquoise inlay found in Newport

I found a silver-tone ring with a small turquoise inlay this afternoon around 2:15pm on the sand near the Yaquina Bay Lighthouse in Newport, along the Oregon Coast. It's roughly a US size 7 and has a faint wave engraving along the outside edge. Inside the band there's a tiny 'N.J.' initials stamp, and the ring shows a few light nicks from the seawater but otherwise looks intact.
