Black velvet evening gown with pearl neckline

I lost my black velvet evening gown yesterday around 3pm near the Lyric Theatre on Main Street in Blacksburg. It's a floor-length Ariella dress in size 6 with a pearl-embellished neckline and a tiny emerald thread running through the lining as a hidden detail. There’s a small tear in the hem and a faint makeup stain on the left sleeve from rushing to get ready. It really matters to me—it's a gift from my grandmother and I have a formal event this weekend. If anyone found it, I’d be incredibly grateful to get it back.
