Gold-tone hoops with blue star charm

Found a pair of gold-tone hoop earrings this afternoon around 1:45pm on a bench outside Hackley Park by the fountain on Clay Ave in downtown Muskegon. They're about 3/4 inch hoops, with a tiny enamel blue star charm on one hoop and a small initial 'A' engraved on the inner back of the other. They show light wear with a couple of minor scratches along the rim. I’d love to help reunite them with their owner—I'll hold onto them safely and can meet up to verify ownership if needed.
