I found a pink nylon puppy harness this afternoon around 3:15 pm near the Monroe Town Center by the coffee shop on Main Street in Monroe. It's adjustable for small-to-medium dogs, with a reflective stripe and a tiny white paw-print charm on the buckle. The edge has a small fray and the metal D-ring shows a light scratch from a leash.
