Found black tuxedo jacket and matching bow tie near downtown Lynchburg.

I found a black tuxedo jacket along with a matching bow tie while taking a walk near the downtown area of Lynchburg. It looks to be in good condition with no visible stains or damage. I was hoping to find the owner, as it seems like it was meant for a special occasion.
