Lost radios in Lawton
I lost my radios around 4:45 p.m. last Friday while I was loading groceries at the Lawton Walmart on Northwest 2nd Street. Two handheld radios with a black body and silver mic sat on the cart as I checked the receipt, and then I set them down and walked away for a moment. When I got back, they were gone, and I've felt a hollow worry since, because those radios are for coordinating with my volunteer crew. I’m hoping someone found them near the entrance to the Lawton Public Library to keep them safe.

It’s about 48 inches long, 22 inches wide, and in decent shape aside from a small chip on the back edge and a couple of faint mug rings. The glass top is clean, and there’s a row of tiny felt pads on the bottom shelf that keep it from scratching the floor. It has a mid-century vibe with a slim black metal frame and rounded corners, really stands out in a living room.
