Found flutes at Lake of the Ozarks, MO
I was walking along Lakeside Marina at Lake of the Ozarks around 7:15 PM on Tuesday when I spotted two silver flutes abandoned on a bench by the boat docks. They look like student-level instruments, with light scratches and a bit of tarnish near the keys. They clearly weren't mine, so I picked them up and brought them to the local lost-and-found desk to help the owner get them back. If these are yours, please contact me through the site, and we will arrange a safe meetup.
Lost sheet music at Lake of the Ozarks
I lost my sheet music at the Lake of the Ozarks around 6:30 p.m. on Friday, near the Bagnell Dam overlook. I was strolling along the shoreline after a quick practice by the boats when a gust whipped the pages from my arms. I chased them along the railing, calling out to a few joggers, but the wind had other plans and carried them toward the cove. This music is part of my routine, a ritual before a weekend recital, and the handwriting on the cover is mine. I’m hoping whoever found it will bring it back—these pieces mean a lot to me and I’d be incredibly grateful to have them back.
Red-sparkle Ludwig snare drum, 14x6, missing
I lost my Ludwig red-sparkle snare drum, 14x6, yesterday around 3:15 pm near the Shawnee Bend Boat Ramp off Bagnell Dam Blvd in Osage Beach. It's a Ludwig snare with a bright red sparkle finish and chrome hardware, in pretty good shape besides a couple of scratches. There’s a small dent on the rim at the 1 o'clock position and a faded 'Sunset Grooves' sticker between the lugs. It rides in a black soft drum bag with red handles, and I tucked the drum key in the outside pocket. It’s sentimental—my first serious drum, a gift from my mentor—and I’m really hoping to get it back. If anyone found it, I’d be grateful to meet somewhere along Lake of the Ozarks to pick it up.
Sunburst Taylor GS Mini with compass inlay and star strap
I lost my sunburst Taylor GS Mini yesterday around 3pm. It's in a black hardshell case with a neon blue star-pattern strap; the guitar has a natural spruce top with warm, dark back and sides and a small dent on the lower bout. There’s a distinctive compass-shaped inlay on the 12th fret. It was left in the parking lot behind the Osage Beach Premium Outlets along Osage Beach Parkway, in the Lake of the Ozarks area near the fountain by the food court; this guitar was a gift from my dad and means the world to me.
