Found medical alert bracelet with emergency contact

I found a medical alert bracelet this afternoon around 3:15pm in the Civic Center parking lot near the boardwalk along Lakeshore Drive in Lake Charles. It's a red silicone band with a small rectangular stainless-steel tag, etched with 'Name: A. Patel' and 'Allergy: Penicillin' and a tiny star charm on the clasp. The back has a light coffee stain and a bit of wear, but it's in good overall condition. I know this is important to someone, and I’d really like to get it back to the owner—please reach out with a description of the tag or the owner’s name so I can verify.
