I found an ID badge this afternoon around 2:15pm in the parking lot behind the Janesville Public Library on Oak Street. It's a laminated card in a clear sleeve, attached to a bright red lanyard with a small metal clip. The badge shows a photo of a person in a gray hoodie and glasses; the name reads 'Alex Rivera' and the department line says 'Parks & Rec' on the bottom. There's a coffee ring stain on the back and a tiny sticker saying 'Staff - Janesville City' that’s barely peeling off.
