Found blue HarperCollins hardcover mystery novel near Jackson Central Library

I found a blue HarperCollins hardcover mystery novel this afternoon around 4:15pm, sitting on the stone ledge outside the Jackson Central Library on Main Street, near the entrance by the fountain. It's in decent condition, with the cover still shiny but the dust jacket a little creased and a small corner bend. The spine is intact and inside the back cover there's a folded library receipt with the initials 'E.M.' penciled on it, plus a tiny lighthouse doodle in the margin. It sure seems like someone’s favorite read, and I’d be happy to return it to its owner if this sounds like yours.
