Found black rolling suitcase without tags near Imperial County Park.

Description

I found a black rolling suitcase without any tags or information while walking through Imperial County Park yesterday afternoon. It seems recently used but there were no identifiers to claim it. I'm hoping to return it to its owner as soon as possible!
