Gold-tone hoop earrings with moon charm

I lost my gold-tone hoop earrings yesterday around 3pm near the Walkway Over the Hudson in Poughkeepsie, specifically around the riverside overlook near the entrance on Main Street. They’re small, about 1.2 cm hoops, gold-tone with a tiny moon charm dangling from the left hoop, and one hoop has a faint scratch on the back. I had them in a little black velvet pouch, which I think I dropped while I was resting there. They’re sentimental to me—gift from my grandmother—and I really want them back.
