Lost passport near Great Falls Civic Center

I am Mia Thompson. I lost my passport this morning around 9:40 AM in downtown Great Falls, near the Civic Center and the riverfront promenade along 10th Street NW. I had grabbed a latte and was crossing the plaza when the wind swept my bag from my shoulder and it disappeared into the crowd. My passport is more than a travel document—it is the gateway to a work trip I have been planning for months, and I am dizzy with worry. If you found it, I would appreciate it being kept safe near the Civic Center entrance until I can claim it.
