Found blue-and-yellow parakeet near Old Town Fort Collins

Found a blue-and-yellow parakeet this afternoon around 3:45pm near College Avenue by Old Town Fort Collins. It’s about 9 inches from beak to tail, with a long tail and a distinctive red feather on the right wing. There’s a small gold leg band marked FC-17, and the bird seemed chatty but a little wary. I kept it safe in a pet carrier in my front seat while I try to locate the owner; the bird is healthy, curious, and loves fresh fruit.
