Teen boy missing in Florence

I'm Elena Moretti, mom of Luca, a 15-year-old. He disappeared yesterday around 6pm after wandering away from our home near Santa Maria Novella and heading toward the Duomo area. He was last seen near Via Calzaiuoli and Piazza del Duomo in Florence. Luca is about 5'7", with short curly brown hair and a small crescent-shaped scar above his right eyebrow. He was wearing a red hoodie under a gray jacket, dark jeans, and white sneakers, and he had a blue backpack with a yellow panda keychain. He’s shy but friendly with family, and he would respond to his name if you called softly.
