Black Samsonite suitcase with red zipper pull

Found a black Samsonite 26-inch hard-shell spinner this afternoon around 4:15pm in the parking lot behind West Acres Mall on 13th Ave S, Fargo. It has a glossy finish with a few scuffs along the corners. The outer pocket has a bright red zipper pull, and there’s a blue luggage tag with a white star near the handle.
