Black leather briefcase with documents

Found a black leather Samsonite briefcase this afternoon around 2:15pm behind the Fargo Theatre on Broadway in downtown Fargo. The case is about 16 inches wide, with a sturdy metal latch and a noticeable scuff on the lower-right corner. Inside, there’s a blue notebook labeled 'Projects' and a business card for Lopez Consulting with the name 'Maria Lopez' on it. Also a red-tinted folder marked 'Tax 2025' and a USB drive tucked in the zipper pocket. I’m keeping it safe and would love to see the owner get it back.
