Found black North Face backpack near benches at Dundee Port containing books and a laptop.

I found a black North Face backpack sitting by the benches at Dundee port this afternoon. It looks relatively new and is packed with a few books and a small laptop. There’s no identification inside, but I'm sure someone is missing it. It’s very sleek and has multiple compartments, and I’d love to return it to its owner.
