Gold ring with sapphire, engraved inside

I’m hoping someone found my 14k yellow gold ring, featuring a 0.25-carat sapphire set in a delicate bezel. It’s a size 7 and has a tiny engraving inside that reads AR, plus a few light scratches on the top from daily wear.
