Found blue dog collar with ID tag

I found a bright blue nylon dog collar with lime-green stitching this afternoon around 2:15pm in the parking lot behind Brookshire's on 4th Street in Lufkin, Deep East Texas. The collar is about 1 inch wide and in decent shape, a little dusty from the gravel lot. There’s a small brass bone-shaped ID tag engraved with the name 'Milo' hanging from it. I figured someone might be missing their pup's gear, so I’m posting here to help reunite the owner. If this is yours, share the name on the tag and the breed to claim it.
