Found teenage boy near Cardiff Central Station

I found a teenage boy wandering near Cardiff Central Station this afternoon, around 2:30pm. He's about 15 to 17, wearing a blue hoodie, grey joggers, and neon yellow trainers, with a red backpack and a panda keychain. He also has a small star tattoo on his right wrist and looks a bit tired and disoriented. I kept him near the taxi rank on Westgate Street while we tried to contact his family; I want to help reunite him with them in Cardiff.
