Blue US passport with worn cover

I lost my blue US passport yesterday around 3pm near the Brownsville Public Library on 1st Street, close to Elizabeth. It's a standard US passport with a navy blue cover, a bit scuffed at the corners from being shoved in my backpack. The back cover has a small coffee stain and inside there's a photo of my family tucked into the pocket.
