Lost Driver's License near Old State Capitol, Baton Rouge

On Friday around 7:15 pm, I realized my driver's license was missing after I parked near the Old State Capitol and started walking toward the riverfront. It is a 28L backpack, red with a black bottom, with a gray laptop sleeve tucked in the main compartment, and it shows light wear with a couple of scuffs.
