Navy hoodie with white drawstrings and left-chest logo

I found a navy-blue Nike hoodie this afternoon around 2:15 PM outside the Target on Stockdale Highway near California Avenue in Bakersfield. It's a men's size Large with white drawstrings and a small mountain logo on the left chest. There's a faint coffee stain on the front pocket and a minor snag near the cuff, but overall it's in good condition.
