I found a black rolling suitcase by the Bakersfield Depot yesterday afternoon. It appeared to have been forgotten by someone who may have been catching a bus or train. The suitcase is in good condition with no visible damage, but it was unzipped slightly, and I noticed a few personal items peeking out.
