Found friendly Golden Retriever wearing a blue collar near Lake Shore Park in Ashtabula.

We found a sweet Golden Retriever running around by Lake Shore Park in Ashtabula. He seemed friendly and well-groomed, wearing a blue collar without any tags. We brought him home to make sure he was safe and would love to reunite him with his owner!
