Found blue VIP concert ticket, Lakeside Jam

I found a blue VIP concert ticket this afternoon around 2:15pm behind the Harbor Park amphitheater, near the Lake Avenue entrance in Ashtabula. The ticket is laminated and roughly the size of a credit card, with 'Lakeside Jam' printed at the top and bold text for Section B, Row 4, Seat 7. There's a small holographic sticker on the lower-right corner and a slightly torn edge along the barcode area—easy to spot if you know your seat. The back has a tiny red wax-like mark and the serial ends in 102. If you lost it, I’m happy to meet up near Harbor Park to hand it over.
