Gray travel passport holder with lime zipper

I found a travel passport holder this afternoon around 3:15 pm in the parking lot behind the Downtown City Market on Main Street in Yuma. It's a gray faux-leather holder, about the size of a passport, with a bright lime-green zipper pull that makes it easy to spot. Inside there are two card slots and a clear ID window, plus a small blue airline-tag style loop with the initials JR. The exterior has a few scuffs from being dropped on concrete, but overall it's in good condition. If the owner sees this and can describe the unique zipper pull and blue tag, I'll gladly return it.
