Black velvet gown with rhinestone belt

I found a black Adrianna Papell velvet gown, floor-length, size M, this afternoon around 2:15 PM behind the Marysville Courthouse on 5th Street. It has a silver rhinestone belt at the waist and a small snag in the inner lining near the zipper, but the outside is in great shape. The gown looks like it was worn for something special, and I’m hoping to reunite it with its owner. If this sounds like yours, message me to arrange pickup.
