Black 28-inch hard-shell suitcase with red zipper

I found a black 28-inch hard-shell suitcase this morning around 9:15am in the parking lot behind the Youngstown Public Library on Wick Avenue. It’s polycarbonate with a bright red zipper stripe and a small dent on the bottom edge. There’s a blue luggage tag with the initials 'A.S.' and a TSA lock on the side; the inside lining is gray with a torn corner pocket. Wheels roll smoothly, and there’s a faded travel sticker from Paris on the back. If the owner sees this, I’m glad to help reunite it with them.
