Gold ring with emerald lost near The Shambles York

I lost my gold ring with a small emerald set in a slim 14k band yesterday around 3pm outside a cafe near The Shambles in York. The band is about 5.5mm wide, smooth on the outside but a bit worn on the edges, and there’s a tiny heart engraving on the inner side.
