I lost my framed oil painting of a misty Appalachian landscape yesterday around 3pm near Taylor Books on Capitol Street in Charleston, WV. It's a 16x20 inch canvas in a matte black frame with a thin gold inner rim. The scene shows blue-gray mountains, a winding silver river, and evergreen pines reflecting the late-day light. There's a small dent in the bottom left corner of the frame, and the lower right corner bears a pencil signature 'A. Reed 2019'. On the back there's a tiny sticker with the West Virginia state flag design. This piece has sentimental value - gift from my grandmother who loved these hills. If someone found it, I'd really appreciate getting it back.
