Blue hardcover mystery novel with dog-eared pages

I lost my blue hardcover mystery novel yesterday around 3pm near the Starbucks on Main Street in Elmira, NY, in the Twin Tiers area. It's a blue cloth-bound hardcover, about 320 pages, with a crushed spine and gold foil title along the spine that reads 'Silent Pines'. Inside the front cover there's a yellow sticky note with my initials 'P.P.' and a coffee ring stain near page 120. The book was a gift from my grandmother, so it means a lot to me and has sentimental value. I was sitting at the sidewalk tables outside Starbucks when I realized it wasn't in my bag anymore, and I must have left it on the chair. If anyone found it, please let me know—I'd really appreciate getting it back.
