Lost something on public transport?

How to track down an item left on a bus, train, tram, or taxi by contacting the right transport operator.

Items left on buses, trains, trams, and taxis around Twin Falls are usually handed in to the operator's lost property team — the trick is contacting the right one quickly.

  1. Identify the operator. Note the route, line, or company and the rough time. Each operator runs its own lost property process.
  2. Submit a lost property report. Use the operator's online form or phone line as soon as possible; recovered items are logged against your description.
  3. For taxis and rideshare, contact the driver or company directly through your booking or app receipt.
  4. Keep your reference. Save any report number so you can chase it up.
  5. Post a listing. Add a listing for Twin Falls in case a fellow passenger picked it up.

Lost sculptures near Perrine Bridge overlook in Twin Falls

I was cleaning up after a small outdoor display along Main Street near the Perrine Bridge overlook when a gust of evening wind knocked the tarp and sculpture crate loose in the back of my pickup. It was 8:20 p.m. last Friday, and the three sculptures, bronze figures about 12 inches tall with a subtle patina, slid out of sight between the parking lot and the river path. They were a gift I saved from a garage sale, and I am desperate to find them. Please keep an eye out for them and report any sightings to the site team; I am hopeful we can be reunited.

Lost belts near Perrine Bridge overlook, 6:20 p.m.

While hiking the Snake River Canyon Rim Trail near the Perrine Bridge overlook at 6:20 p.m., I realized my belts were missing from my backpack. They’re simple, but one buckle has a tiny mountain motif I’ve had for years, and I miss them more than I expected. I’m hoping a considerate hiker or passerby picked them up by mistake and will return them to the site where I was exploring the canyon.

lost medication near Perrine Bridge, Twin Falls

I lost my essential medication this morning after a run along the Snake River Canyon overlook near the Perrine Bridge in Twin Falls at 9:40 a.m. I retraced the path through the picnic area and around the overlook, but the bottle didn't turn up. It's just a small bottle, but it holds a lot of importance for my health and daily routine, and I'm anxious imagining it ending up somewhere out of reach. If you happened to see or pick it up, please let the site know so I can take care of it properly.

Lost coins near Perrine Bridge, Twin Falls

I lost my little coin collection this afternoon around 4:15 p.m. while walking along the river path near Twin Falls City Park and the Perrine Bridge overlook. They're a handful of keepsakes—old pennies, a silver dime, and a few tokens from family trips. The coins mean more to me than their monetary value; they tie me to my grandparents' stories. If anyone finds them, please know they're cherished and I’d be grateful to have them back. I’ve been retracing the path, hoping someone honest picked them up.

Sheet music lost after rehearsal downtown Twin Falls

After a long rehearsal at CSI's Performing Arts Center, around 6:40 p.m. yesterday, I left my sheet music on a blue bench outside the theater. The binder is well-worn with my initials 'JR' in the corner and a few coffee stains from practice runs. Those pages hold tempo markings and cue notes for a new piece we're set to premiere, and losing them has my stomach in knots. If you found a blue binder near Centennial Plaza on Falls Ave, I'd be grateful to hear it's safe.

Lost brown patterned leather wallet near 4 Roots cafe

I lost my brown patterned leather wallet, possibly near 4 Roots cafe (parking lot outside??) or at Innovative Family Medicine on Pole Line, most likely on Friday. It is a unique wallet, as it was a gift from India (handmade), and it is a bit on the large side, as it does not fold like most wallets from the US. All important ID's and a few credit cards are inside. Only some change is left..
