Found a blue denim jacket in the parking lot of Texarkana Mall.

I found a blue denim jacket in the parking lot of the Texarkana mall last Wednesday. It looks fairly new and has no identifying labels inside. I’m hoping to return it to its owner, as it seems like it has some personal value.
