Blue MedicAlert bracelet with engraving

I lost my blue MedicAlert medical ID bracelet yesterday around 3pm near the Starbucks on Main Street in St George. It's a blue silicone band with a small stainless steel ID plate. On the back it's engraved with my name, Priya Patel, and a note about my allergies. The band shows a few wear marks near the clasp and the plate has a tiny scratch. This bracelet has sentimental value to me and I really need it back; it's the primary way people know my medical info in an emergency.
